Fire Safety brings together three complementary services. A fire risk assessment considers the premises and their use. Compartmentation and fire door surveys examine specific parts of the building’s fire protection in greater detail.
Three services, a coordinated brief
- Fire risk assessments (FRA): assess premises in use and provide a prioritised schedule of actions.
- Compartmentation surveys: investigate the condition and continuity of fire-resisting construction within the agreed survey scope.
- Fire door surveys: inspect door assemblies, record their condition and operation, and identify follow-up actions.

A recommendation in an existing assessment may call for a more detailed survey. We can help define that next step, using the existing reports and available building records to agree the areas, access requirements and output.
The services can be commissioned individually or discussed as a coordinated brief. Each report sets out the evidence considered, limitations and actions within the agreed scope.

Yes. We can discuss a combined brief for the assessment and survey work you need, with clear outputs and access arrangements for each element.
