Infra Fire Safety Ltd is an independent fire engineering consultancy working across the nuclear, defence, industrial, residential, healthcare, transport and commercial sectors.
Our work includes fire strategies for new and existing buildings, fire risk assessments, compartmentation and fire door surveys, PAS 9980 external wall assessments, and technical notes. We also provide assurance reviews and specialist fire case support for high-hazard and regulated sites.
Every assessment is written to be read and relied upon. The basis of each judgement is set out plainly, the figures are shown rather than asserted, and any departure from guidance is argued on its merits rather than glossed over.
We work alongside the design team from concept through to completion, and stay engaged through building control comments and construction-stage queries rather than issuing a report and moving on.
The practice is led by Jaimin Jiwa BEng (Hons) MSc AIFireE, a fire safety engineer and Associate member of the Institution of Fire Engineers. Every project is led at that level throughout, to the competence expectations of the Building Safety Act 2022.
